She helped us list both our primary residence in Issaquah and our vacation home on Mason Lake, all during the twists and turns and restrictions that came with Coronavirus. Doris brings a superior knowledge level of market trends, home valuations and an in-depth understanding of the wants and needs of a diverse group of buyers. She knows every city and every neighborhood--pendings, solds, home values, builders, HOA's etc. She is extremely strategic and unemotional during the intense final phases of negotiation and managing of multiple offers. For our Mason Lake vacation property, we opted to use Doris out of her primary market area vs. a local well-known agent. No other agent could have leveraged connections and insights about the Seattle-area vacation home buyer than her. Doris is extremely well connected with local appraisers, inspectors, painters and stagers to help get your house ready to put on the market. Finally, we have trusted Doris for almost 15 years. She works harder and smarter than anyone else and is the perfect person to partner with in our complex and competitive Seattle and Eastside market.
